Emu Farming Made Easy

Emu are gentle folk that are very friendly and curious. They are social with their peers and live in mobs (not flocks or herds or clouds) to the average age of 25 years. Emu farming can be profitable and sustainable on small acreages. This blog will depict the yearly activities of a Cowichan Valley, Vancouver Island emu farm from egg laying to harvest and marketing of emu meat and oil products.
